Tai chi is an old Chinese culture that, these days, is performed as a rhythmic form of physical exercise. It involves a variety of movements performed in a slow, concentrated manner and accompanied by deep breathing.


Tai chi, also referred to as tai chi chuan, is a non-competitive, self-paced technique of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Every single posture flows into the next with no pause, making sure that your body is in continuous motion.


Tai chi has many various methods. Each method may subtly highlight various tai chi principles and approaches. There are variations within each style. Some styles may concentrate on health maintenance, whilst others concentrate on the martial arts aspect of tai chi.


Tai chi is different from yoga, a different type of meditative mobility. Yoga consists of different physical postures and respiration techniques, along with meditation.
