Simple Tips to Slow Aging
As the time goes by, we people grow. We can’t stop this but we can at least slow it down by just following simple tips from our beloved Dr. Willie Ong.

1. Eat breakfast every day
Include vegetables, fruits, fish, milk, and eggs in your breakfasts. Your body is like a car, it needs fuel every morning.
2. Eat food with tomato sauce and drink green tea
According to scientific studies, these types of food have anticarcinogenic properties. That can reduce the risk of prostate and breast cancer. Every week, try to consume at least 10 tablespoons (150 millimetres) of tomato sauce.
3. Eat two cups of vegetable and fruit every day
Green leafy vegetables and fruits such as apples, bananas, and watermelons are nutritious.
4. Don’t overeat
Always stop eating when you’re full.
5. Reduce rice consumption
Eat brown rice and wheat bread more often since they are more nutritious than white rice.
